Beat Saber Multiplayer Removed from Quest 1 in November

Beat Saber, the popular virtual reality rhythm game, has announced that multiplayer functionality will be removed from the original Oculus Quest headset starting in November. This decision has sparked mixed reactions among the game’s community, with some expressing disappointment while others understanding the technical limitations.

Multiplayer mode was introduced to Beat Saber earlier this year, allowing players to compete against each other in real-time battles. However, due to the hardware limitations of the original Quest headset, the developers have decided to remove this feature in order to focus on improving the overall gameplay experience for all players.

In a statement released by Beat Games, the developers behind Beat Saber, they explained that the decision to remove multiplayer from the Quest 1 was made in order to ensure that the game runs smoothly and efficiently on all platforms. They also mentioned that they are working on new features and updates that will enhance the single-player experience for all players.

While some fans of the game are disappointed by this news, others have expressed understanding of the technical limitations of the original Quest headset. Many have also expressed excitement for the new features and updates that are in the works for Beat Saber.

Overall, the removal of multiplayer from the Quest 1 is a necessary step in order to ensure that all players have a seamless and enjoyable gaming experience. While it may be disappointing for some, it is important to remember that the developers are constantly working to improve and enhance the game for all players.
